Progressive Groves Fitness Bootcamp (Group Training)
Fitness Bootcamp or group training is for individuals that prefer to train in a small group setting. You may have tried fitness clubs previously and did not get the personal attention or the results you sought. All fitness bootcamps are lead by personal trainer Greg Groves. Greg trains in small groups to ensure that everybody gets personal attention they deserve and achieves their desired goal.
These weekly sessions (Saturday’s at 10am or Monday’s at 6:30pm) are progressive which means that the exercises are constantly changing and building on previous sessions. Groves boot camp is fun and will get you energized. Boot camp is only $15 per session with no contracts.
