Have you ever wondered if a professional trainer could offer you an exercise program design or a fitness program design? You have the equipment or a routine and you are not sure if your routine is right for you. You do not want ongoing personal training, just a professional to make sure you are on the right track.

We will create a fitness program or exercise program specifically for you to do in your home or at a gym without the assistance of a trainer. This is how we go about designing a specific program for you:

  • Phase 1 – A full consultation and assessment (which includes weight, hydration levels, and body fat percentage).
  • Phase 2 - A full program walk through, with review, and a demonstration of all exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use your existing fitness equipment, and potentially new equipment and exercises, as well as learning proper exercise techniques. You will be instructed by me on how to maintain a training journal to track your progress. The journal should list the exercises you will be doing, as well as the required weight, sets and reps.
  • Phase 3 - one 55 minute personal training session with a Certified Personal Training Specialist.

PROGRAM DESIGN CONTINUATION: Progression of your fitness program should occur no more than every eight weeks. This challenges your body, while increasing your fitness levels at a steady pace that’s suited to you/your body, and will minimize your chances of plateauing. We will come to your home, office or gym (if applicable) to alter and update your existing program for you. Be advised that certain gyms do not allow you to bring in your own outside trainer.
