Not to mention feeling great, expect to have a higher ability to deal with stress and you’ll spend less time being sick.

Just to give you guys a quick start, try a few of these exercises at home – even if you don’t have any equipment. Try doing ab crunches, about 30 of them will be fine but do as much as you can. Push-ups are good, if you don’t have strong biceps yet then you can start from your knees which helps, you can do squats for 15 minutes and this is with your arms out in front of you, or above your head, just like you’re holding a training ball. Last but not least going for a run; run for at least 15 minutes to burn optimum calories. Remember when running, to run in intervals (run as fast as you can, for as long as you can, then walk slowly until your heart rate is back to its restive state. The fitter you get, the less time it will take). Those are just a few exercises you can try but you won’t be able to get the best results unless you give us a call and get our professional trainers to give you the precise plan for your specific body type.
