I started training with Greg 8 weeks ago because I had found that my training on my own had plateaued. I was stuck.  “I have been working as a model for most of my life and although I’m mostly built as a fashion model, I am mainly working in the genre of glamour modeling. My physique, however, doesn’t quite cut it. Glamour modeling is not about being thin, it is about being curvy and firm, as I’ve always aspired to be, but have so much trouble gaining weight. Greg was first recommend to me through a friend of mine, now I never got what the whole deal with personal trainers, as I knew all the exercises and had an intense workout routine. But I wasn’t losing the weight fast enough. Over the years I had let go of myself and was weighting about 190lbs before I started working out. I started with Greg when I was about 177lbs; I was beginning to plateau, even with working out 2-4hrs at the gym every other day. I was starting lose the pounds but then gain it back.
